I believe the MX100B will transpose on the fly. Push the transpose button (should be the under the + button). Probably pushing + or - will transpose up or down. If you use the P-150, you will either have to turn off the 500 ms delay on the P-150 out, or turn it off on the DKV incoming. However, I am not sure that can be switched on either instrument. Check you user's manuals.
