Sam, I've always used the Giebler Utilities to do that job. See www.giebler.com It's not free, but it does the job reliably. With it, you cannot copy an entire Yamaha-protected Pianosoft diskette; however, you can copy and convert individual files. For fun, I once tried the ESEQ2MIDI program and it didn't work for me either. Rather than fight it, I continued to use Giebler which I had used for years. If you have never worked under DOS, you just need to follow Giebler's instruction manual. (If you cut your teeth on CP/M or DOS in the early days, you're in for a retro experience.) bpsafran wrote: > Greetings: > > I want to convert some eseq files that I purchased from Yamaha to > Midi so that I can edit and save them on my Clavinova. It contains some fun disklavier content and links to midi sites among many other things, The url is: > http://MuncyFamily.com > > THINKING OF LEAVING THE GROUP? > If you are thinking of unsubcribing because you are getting too much mail, go the the web site and change your email delivery option instead.
