Re: [disklavier] Damp Chaser in upright Disklavier

I do not believe you will have any problem having the back-side dampp
chaser system installed on your DU1A upright. Make sure it is the
complete system equipped with humidistat.

My pianoshop just called me before delivery of my new DU1A upright
disklavier, to tell Yamaha sees a problem in installing the Damp
Chaser unit because of the electronics.

Is there a way in which I can mount this safely? The painoshop tells
me when I mount it on the backside (as I read somewhere is possible
solution, but where is allready located something like a power-
converter) this will influence the soundboard more than you would
whish. Does someone have a solution?

Hope to get some good suggestions. Thanks
Greetings,
Paul de Jong
