I believe I'm quite fortunate. I've owned a DC3 Mark II for over seven years and I have never needed a single part for it. From a Canadian dealer, I once bought a PianoSoft diskette that proved to be defective. Yamaha Canada Music cheerfully fixed it and mailed it back to me.
