Disklavier

I've recently downloaded several MIDI files. When I tryed playing 
them, my Disklavier rejected the disc as "not formatted". When I 
format the disc on the Disklavier, my PC won't recocognize the 
Diskalvier format and wants to re-format in order to copy the MIDI 
files.

I'm working with an MX-80 series Disklavier and my operating system 
is Windows XP Professional. 

What am I doing wrong?
