Disklavier

Been qouted the following price for a couple of Yamahas.

a. 7'6-C'7 Yamaha Disklavier Ebony Polish Retail $60,000; ours 44,995 
b. 5'8 C2 Disklavier Ebony Polish Retail $39,995 ours $29,995 
c. 5'3 C1 Disklavier Ebony Polish Retail $36,395 ours $26,995 
d. 5'3 DGC1A Mahogany Retail $33,395 ours $24,995 
Includes five year warranty on the Disklavier and ten year warranty 
on the piano. It also includes delivery, two tunings, and a free 
dehumidifier. Does not include sales tax.

Are the prices fair? Is buying a piano like buying a car where I need 
to wheel and deal with the sales person? Is there a Kelly Blue book 
for piano prices.

I am considering the 5'8" C2 @29.9K, but would like to hear from 
other people out there how much they paid for theirs. What kind of 
profit margins are piano dealers working with?

Any advise would be appreciated.
