Judy,
What operating system (OS) are you running on your
computer? If you're running XP, you're out of luck as XP doesn't
provide support for formatting 720 KB diskettes.

None of the options talked about 720 KB. Any more suggestions? Thanks Judine Cole

You can easily make double density disks on a windows PC from 2HD disks. Format 2HD disks at the 720Kb size. The standard format is 1.44mb. Just change the 1.44mb to 720Kb and format. I wasted my time doing this for my MX100 IIXG and then learned that I could use 1.44mb disks.Mark in Idaho
