Try "Net Transport", a free download manager. It does
support real-
time streaming protocol. The multi language version
can be found at 
http://lycos26486.l97.lycos.com.cn/download.htm.

I've downloaded all the streaming files quickly and
conveniently. 
Setting the connection speed at 16384 kB/s (Tools
menu) and the 
number of transport parts at 10 (the maximum)[tab new
= Add New 
Download], the download time for a 55 MB rm-file is on
average 9 
minutes.
