I friend of mine bought the one from Radio Shack to
trasmit video throughout his house instead of running cable and said it works
great. I would think you could use it for strictly audio.

Radio Shack carries a 2.4 GHz wireless sender/receiver for under $100. I would like to accomplish the same thing with my DC3A. I haven't tried the Radio Shack product, but, I will this weekend.
