Thanks PianoBench!

I'll give them a call on Monday.  

I was just hoping that someone might recognize that
error message and give me a clue as to what might be
going on with it.   

Does anyone remember the button sequence to follow to
return this model (DKW10) to the factory presets?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
