Use the MID2ESEQ utility to covert the MIDI files in that folder to ESEQ MIDI files. (BEFORE converting, adjust the MIDI file names so that the first 8 characters are not the same for any two files.) Then use the Eexplorer utility to index the set and move the files around so that they play in the order you want, and to alter the file descriptions that display on the Disklavier controller.
