I moved from Michigan to Denver almost ten years ago. I kept that disklavier about three years and never had a problem with lack of humidity affecting the piano. I have since upgraded to a pro which was purchased in Denver. I do have a furnace humidifier which I would recommend as winter humidity levels in your home could dip below ten percent without one. A furnace humidifier should keep winter humidity levels in your home between 30 and 40 percent. When it gets really cold the humidifier level must be reduced to eliminate condensation damage to your windows and drywall. Summer humidity levels seem to range between 25 and 50 percent depending on the weather and shouldn't need further alteration in my opinion. Steve
