Good morning, everyone.

Tom, I suggest that you turn your Disklavier off and back on and try  
again.  If you have the same problem, turn your Disklavier off and back  
on again, transpose your MIDI file in your computer, and play it again.  
The latter test should clarify whether there is an issue with the MIDI  
file or with that particular note.
