When I get this message I reformat the disk in the disklavier before using it in the PC to copy the midi files and then the disklavier reads the data OK

Thanks, I am stilll having trouble as when I try to format a disk, I
get the message that the disk is not properly formatted and the
program will not format a blank disk.
