Disklavier

Thanks for your input.  I finally got someone from Jacobs Pianos to  come out 
and look at it and am now waiting for a quote on how much it will cost  to 
fix it.  I have had the GranTouch since 1998 so it is now out of  warranty.  I 
had it repaired in 2001 and saved $673 on parts with the five  year warranty.  
This is a very nice piano but it is sure expensive to  repair.
