I also spoke to the dealer where I am purchasing the DC3M4t regarding 
the offkey/off harmony issue you were all describing. 

I was told that should the piano go off, there is a self 
diagnostic/recalibration command on the unit itself. Something about 
holding two buttons on boot that will reallign the system and reset 
the software's synthesizing process. I was then told that I will get 
that information when the piano is delivered as the tech can help 
show me should the problem arise. 

I am guessing that the sales person doesn't know which keys to push 
to get that to take place. But the tech might. When I find out, I 
will let you all know. If you all find out before hand =) would love 
to know before delivery =)

oh. about the UPCs for the disklavier, does it differ between the 
ones rated for entertainment systems and for computers? which are you 
all using? I would think the ones for computers would be more 
applicable, but the tech @ compusa said that he would use the 
entertainment system versions since it has AVR automatic voltage 
regulators, to prevent burnouts and over-voltage. Wouldn't you think 
that computer UPC have that too? not sure which I should buy so that 
I can protect my investments.
