The procedure is:
(1) Download the .zip archives.
(2) Copy the files out of the archives to a floppy disk.
The P-e-C offers the files in 3 formats:
E-SEQ
--for older Disklaviers (i.e. pre-Mark IIXG)
Enhanced Standard MIDI Files
--for Mark IIXG and later Disklaviers
--XP
--for all models of Disklavier Pro
Since you have a Mark III, I suggest using the Enhanced Standard MIDI files. If memory serves me correctly, the contensts of each .zip archive of the Enhanced files should fit onto a high density disk. Copy everything, including any directory files.
