I downloded batch 1 from pianola.co.nz and tried to process them with my midimod2 program. Some files do not process because of the long file names. Windows long names are not uniformly supported. Adhering to a few rules makes them work better with a greater range of programs. Do not use spaces or special characters unless absolutely necessary. I use _ instead of space and avoid any non alphabetic characters unless essential. One way to get the files to process is to rename them with my rename as track program. It will find the track name and remove all questionable characters, replace spaces with _ an rename the file with this new name. I did this to the files and they all processed perfectly. You can find the program on the following page along with other utilities. http://www.spencerserolls.com/Files4Download.html -- Best regards, Spencer_Lists Chase mailto:lists@... 67550 Bell Springs Rd.
