Having a problem with files

I tried to download from the files area by Right Clicking the file,
selecting "save link as" and got the message " The link could not be
saved. The web page might have been removed or had its name changed."
Can anyone explain?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
