RE: [disklavier] question

2000-08-16 by Mark Wisner

The MX1 can be adjusted to play almost whisper-quiet. Have your Disklavier Tech call me for directions at 800 854 1569, press 2 at each menu choice and ask for me.
Grands can't be adjusted to the same low level that upright Disklaviers can, unfortunately.

We have one MX-1 upright and it is one of the best purchases we have made in
recent years. i used the record and playback functions to help my six year
old to improve her hearing and playing. My three year old will often request
"i want to hear the piano play". Over weekends we will enjoy the beautiful
piano music played from disks, and we haven't even hooked up any speakers to
play the other voices yet. My only complaint is the volume control, the
lowest volume is still quite loud.
