Chip wins the prize.  It was based on the music of Manha de Carnaval from
the Brazilian/French film "Black Orpheus, and was recorded by Frank Sinatra

It's a midi file (less than 2 Kb) Someone told me it is "charades" 
from a movie soundtrack but I think not.
This tune is decades old though, that I am sure of.
