I tried a blanket on top of the piano temporarily to absorb the unwanted volume. The next day, my piano sounded horribly dissonant. To my dismay, a mouse had crawled up a blanket corner near the floor, entered the piano's interior and pulled damper felt from about 20 keys to build a nest overnight! The blanket idea turned into a $300 mistake. Tim in Minneapolis Mark wrote: > My biggest gripe with my MX100 XG II has been volume. I finally bought a > blanket to hang on the wall behind it.
