I wouldn't recommend using an HD floppy with the hole taped over.  Also, it is
better to format and write to the DD floppies using an actual DD drive, not an
HD drive.

The reason has to due with the size and strength of the read/write head.  For
the older DD drives, the head is bigger and stronger.  Also, the floppies are
manufactured to support this.

So, while an HD floppy with a taped-over hole will format to 720KB and seem
fine on your computer, the Disklavier unit may have trouble reading it.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
