Have you tried calibrating your Disklavier? Sounds to me like maybe your key sensors and pedal sensors need a fine calibration. Has a Disklavier technician serviced your piano? BTW, I never heard of a Key Touch parameter to record a limited amount of MIDI data on a MarkIII Disklavier. Not that I ever looked for it, but perhaps someone more versed in these things knows about this. Perhaps someone like Pianobench?
