this group has generally been quite positive and
pleasant. i was quite surprised by the outburst, particularly directed at
someone who's gone out of her way to help virtually every person without
question. emails have a tendancy to be misinterpreted, but perhaps an apology is
in order after throwing forth such statements in a public domain.
