**I just did the same procedure without a hitch. I would try doing a 
complete piano shutdown including turning off I/O box and the other 
box. Wait 1 minute and turn on boxes and wait for piano to reboot. Also 
make sure the usb drive is Fat32 not NTSF type. Of course make sure 
drive is on before you plug it in. Good Luck
