I've posted a new version of MID2PianoCD at http://dp70.dyndns.org/mid2pianocd/ This is a Windows utility which permits encoding your own Disklavier CDs and DVDs from MIDI or ESEQ files. One newly-added feature is the ability to encode 48 KHz output files, making it possible to create DVDs that show a pianist's performance synchronized with playback on a Disklavier connected to the DVD player. Also, MID2PianoCD can now automatically merge a MIDI/ESEQ file and an accompanying WAV file to produce a composite PianoSoft Plus Audio-compatible CD or DVD. Support for developing these new features was generously provided by WebOnlyPiano (http://www.webonlypiano.com), a record label which is producing an independent line of CDs and DVDs for the Disklavier and other modern player systems. I encourage everyone to check them out! Mark Fontana
