Disklavier

Help -  DGC1 Mark4 will not boot up. It is less than three months old.

After plugging it in and pressing the main button, it will just start
blinking and never boot up all the way. 

The hand controller will not connect. 

The tech at Yamaha did not know what to do but we are talking to them
again on Monday. 

Has anyone seen this before?
