Re: [disklavier] Re: Possible to upgrade a Mark III Pro to a Mark IV Pro?

Hi,

with PianoSoft plus Audio disks, the Disklavier will automatically send the audio channel to both outputs and use the analog MIDI channel for data only. Whatever you do, don't stick one of these CDs into your HiFi, if you value your speakers.

There is at least 1 program for converting MIDI files to analog MIDI for writing to CD, (MID2CD), but I haven't seen anthing to go the other way. I suppose you could play the MIDI + Audio CD on a disklavier or DCD1 and record the MIDI information onto a sequencer/computer.
