My guess on the pianodisc CD's that were bought off of ebay are video sync discs, they are discs that have the video with background and the piano is supposed to play that fax tone sound you hear, it syncronizes the video with the piano. So unless you have your piano hooked up to a tv correctly, those discs won't do you any good.
