You might try calling your piano tuner. There are a few of them out there that are knowledgeable on the units failure modes. Carol for example (Hi!) I'll take a look when I get home and see if I can come up with some configuration mode that would cause the partial failure you are seeing. You did crawl up behind the control unit and made sure all th interconnections are well seated?
