Try a couple of things:
1) do a reset
2) unplug the piano from the wall and shut it down.
Wait a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on.
3)try the above first.  If still mute, crawl under the
piano and make sure that a child, dog or vacuum cleaner
did not:
unplug the wires to the amplifier
the amplifier volume is set high enough
