Ray, if your Disklavier was made for the North American market, you  
should expect Yamaha Corporation of America to support you. Call  
Yamaha Piano Service: (800) 854-1569 between 8:30-5:00 PST. Push 2 at  
the first menu choice and 2 at the second menu choice.
