Anyone besides me feel that 100MB is an incredibly wimpy amount of storage considering the 2+ GB of storage Google claims to offer for each of their email accounts? As soon as someone uploads that 55 MB ZIP of MIDI files discussed last week, half the space will already be consumed. It would be nice to post some MP3s of (non-copyrighted) piano+audio tracks as well, and at 3-4 MB a pop, that will eat up the remaining space very quickly. Considering that group storage is a shared resource, Google ought to be generous with space for it. Content important enough to post for group consumption would seemingly be more valuable for Google to scan and index than the day-to-day blah of people's individual emails. I'm not complaining about the Google move, by the way, just remarking on the low storage quota. At the very least, it ought to scale with the size of the group.
