As most of the files were lifted from Terry Smythe' s rebirth project,
you can find most of the details on his website here:

There is an excel spreadsheet with all of this information.

Terry deserves most of the credit for this work - without the efforts he
has made in scanning I doubt this zip file would exist at all.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
