Disklavier

I followed the instructions to the letter. I can still play off the HD 
but I cannot access any other media... what now?

I've tried shutting down and starting up again without success.

I will call my dealer tomorrow, but he confesses to not being good on 
the computeer side, so any ideas would be welcome.

BTW its a Mark IV
