For Macs, you can convert midi to WAV with Soundconverter. It can be
downloaded free (with 500K file limitation) at
http://www.dekorte.com/projects/shareware/SoundConverter/. For $10, you can
lift the file size restriction. It will also convert to and from dozens of
other file formats.
