Try switching off the piano by disconnecting the mains supply. wait 20-30 seconds and switch it back on.

Hopefully, it will go throught the update procedure, which may cure your fault. If the fault persists, you may have a crashed hard drive, which would need to be replaced with a new, pre-programmed drive.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
