Disklavier

If any potential Disklavier buyer was a little hesitant because of the 
technology involved in this product and was wondering about 
support....then I say fear not. Mr. Brandom, Disklavier marketing 
director and very much involved in product development, gave me all the 
time I wanted to answer some tough tech questions. He not only put my 
mind to ease about operational issues, but was really interested in 
what I had to say about the consumer end. He also has assured me that 
Yamaha is very interested in advancing this fine instrument into the 
many aspects of our lives regarding looks, fun, technology, and of 
course music. I did not have to mention support because the time he 
gave me was plenty of proof on that issue. I was very impressed with 
Mr. Brandom, who represents Yamaha very well. Just thought I would 
mention this.
