I would suggest taking it to a computyer repair shop, especially one 
that has been around since at least the early to mid 1990s. They will 
possibly be able to identify the differences in the floppy drive that 
make it compatible with the disklavier.
 Take a Yamaha floppy with you for them to test in the floppy drive.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
