Disklavier

Has anyone had any experience replacing the floppy drive in a DSR1?   Mine is 
apparently bad and Yamaha wants almost $300 to replace it.
Thanks for any advise you can give me.

I would suggest taking it to a computyer repair shop, especially one 
that has been around since at least the early to mid 1990s. They will 
possibly be able to identify the differences in the floppy drive that 
make it compatible with the disklavier.
 Take a Yamaha floppy with you for them to test in the floppy drive.
