Not so much cosmetically but that would be a concern but I meant power wise (wattage) and musically tuned to be compatable with the tone generator and stock disklavier speakers and amp. Also some subwoofers have the speaker fire down and some have the speaker face the side. Mine fires down into the carpet and I am not sure this is best??

By "matched to the piano" do you mean easy to plug in? I think that
visually you wouldn't have trouble finding speakers to "match" from
Yamaha or others; they even refer to them as piano finish cabinets.
