If your Disklavier has a CD drive, it can directly play QRS Pianomation 
CDs without any conversion required.  If your Disklavier is an older 
model without a CD drive, you can add one by purchasing a Yamaha DCD-1.

I don't believe any publicly-available software exists to "rip" QRS CDs
to MIDI files.  Even if there were, you would lose any acoustic
accompaniment from the CD during that ripping process.
