Jay,
What is it about DKVBrowser that you want to use? Version 3.0 (due out this summer) has included some similar functionality, and it may be worth waiting for that instead of trying to roll back to 2.0. (You don't know how sad it makes me to say this...)

You're right. They took it off of the ftp site. I suppose you could try to get someone who has the 2.0 upgrade disk to create an iso for you...
