Greetings mcubed33, you can find a sequencer program and do the work yourself but it is not going to be that easy especially changing MIDI velocity. i wrote a program called MIDImod2 that probably does what you want but it is a windows program. it is written in perl and if you are a programmer you could probably adapt it to work on the mac. if there were a lot of interest i would consider it but it might be a big job because it is a graphical program and there might be some platform specific stuff in it. if you have a new mac with Leopard you can run windows. you can find the program on the following page of my web site: www.spencerserolls.com/files4download if you know how to run a perl script including acquiring the required modules and you can handle any Mac specific needs, i can send you the source code. i would like to have a Mac version of this (and other) programs but don't have the time to learn all the Mac specific stuff necessary to do this.
