Disklavier

Sorry for the late reply, but I just joined the group.  There is a 
Midi shareware utility called GNMIDI.  One of the things it can do is 
separate L/R hands based on a split point.  It also does conversion 
to smf 0, KAR to MIDI, and lots of other things.  I have put a copy 
of this shareware utility ($30 registration)in the FILES section.
