The software is free.  It's currently available for Macintosh only, but a PC version is on the way. Igor is music notation software which also interfaces to Midi output.  You enter the notes the way they would appear from your book - as a matter of fact Igor is used for music publishing.  It can also accept input directly from your Disklavier's keyboard.
