MIDI format 0 and MIDI format 1 will play on your Disklavier. The XG sounds are the best on your list and Yamaha developed them! GM stands for General MIDI which was standardized in the 1980's. Originally MIDI was in different proprietary formats and the various systems could not talk to each other. XG was the next generation of GM.
