These audio-to-MIDI programs generally don't work very well.  If you
don't play yourself, why not just have your son's piano teacher stop by
and record the pieces directly to MIDI format on your Disklavier?

Also get his/her opinion on whether playing by imitation is a good idea
at this age.  I think it might detract from the sightreading/theory
instruction that I assume is underway.
