this is not a great time to chat. i can call tomorrow but will
probably forget. you can call me tomorrow any time after 10:00 Am. 425

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
